Infrastructure & Facilities
There are two no. of manufacturing units associated with us, one of them is located at Naini, Allahabad (Uttar Pradesh) and other one is at G.I.D.A. Gorakhpur (Uttar Pradesh).
The manufacturing premises of the company located at Naini, Allahabad is spread over approx 4000 Sqr. Meter area, where as the unit located at GIDA Gorakhpur is of approx. 3332Sqr. Meter area. Each of the premises contains well developed manufacturing as well as testing facilities required to execute various operations determined.
The control over work environment and contamination are performed by developing the manufacturing area as per scheduled ISO class by utilizing AHU’s and other conventional techniques. All the molding activities are performed under ISO class 8 (Class 1,00,000) classified area. The assembly activities are conducted under class 7 (Class 10,000) classified area whereas sterility testing is performed under ISO class -5 (Class 100) classified area. All other manufacturing as well as testing facilities are designed in a well planned manner to perform various operations smoothly.
Both premises are well equipped with most modern injection molding machines, automatic I.V Cannula assembly machines ,online printing & blister packing machines as well as other various type of machines required to perform relevant manufacturing activities to produce the best quality medical devices. The premises are also facilitated with in-house laboratories complying all the requirements of “Good Laboratory Practices”. Appropriate testing instruments/ equipments are well provided in the laboratory to perform relevant testing activities related to safety and performance of medical device.
