Non-Woven Surgical Paper Tape
INTENDED USE : It is Commonly used to secure bandages and dressings to skin without leaving a sticky residue. Non-Woven Micropore surgical paper tape is hypoallergenic and can be used long-term without fear of skin irritation. Its adhesive sticks to skin, underlying tape, or directly to dressing materials.
SPECIAL FEATURES: It consists of microporous surgical paper uniformly quoted with hypoallergenic, non-toxic, non-irritant adhesive to secure the dressings.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION: It is a latex-free, hypoallergenic paper tape that is ideal for frequent dressing changes. Once the Microporous Surgical Tape is removed, minimal adhesion is left behind, which reduces the potential for irritation. The microporous surgical paper tape is porous for breathability and improved healing. This tape is frequently used on young children and older adult.
High porosity of the microporous tape (Paper Tape) allows skin to breathe, and offers high resistance to water and vapour that prevents the microporous tape from peeling off. It is also easy to peel off without causing discomfort or skin irritation. It is manufactured as per the British Pharmacopia (BP) guidelines.
